1. Damage/Injury Policy

WeeMobi LLC and its employees are not responsible for any property damage resulting from a client’s request to position the game truck in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property or equipment damage. Additionally, clients are responsible for any damage caused to the trailer or equipment due to careless or willful actions by their guests. WeeMobi LLC assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client or event host.

2. Refund/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your WeeMobi LLC reservation. Cancellations more than 14 days before the scheduled event will incur a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your event without penalty.

3. Bad Weather Policy

Our game truck is designed to operate in all types of weather, as it is insulated and climate-controlled. However, in cases of severe weather (lightning, high winds, flooding, heavy rain, snow, or ice), we reserve the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and equipment. If you anticipate severe weather affecting your party, please contact us to discuss rescheduling.

4. Photography Policy

During your event, our Game Coach may take photos inside the truck. These photos may be shared on our social media pages or website. If you prefer that no photos be taken or posted, please inform us before the event or notify the Game Coach upon arrival.

5. Food & Drink Policy

No food or drinks are allowed inside the video game theater. Please ensure all guests consume their food and beverages outside before entering the truck.

6. Alcohol & Drug Policy

Alcohol may be served at adult events, but the use of drugs or illegal substances in or around our game truck is strictly prohibited. If any illegal narcotics or excessive alcohol use is observed, we reserve the right to terminate the event immediately.

7. Video Game Ratings

WeeMobi LLC will not play any "M" rated or higher games without prior authorization from the client or on-site adult approval. If you would like specific games available, please let us know in advance or inform the Game Coach upon arrival.

8. Tipping Policy

Our Game Coaches work hard to ensure your guests have an amazing experience. While tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated for excellent service.

9. Parking & Driveway Access

We require a safe and level parking area of approximately 60 feet for setup. We cannot travel on unpaved single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns.

By submitting payment and booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
